Brother Hard drive 6 GB

Advantages: SIze, portability, reliablity
Disadvantages: 120gb capacity is average

...I purchased one of these hard drives a good 6 months ago. Still running perfectly and I use it daily. 120gb is big enough to fulfill the needs of the majority of users. Altho larger capacity hard drives are available from freecom. Maybe the best thing about this hard drive, is its small size and portability, fits in your jeans pocket, can easily take those most important files anywhere you need them. I personally even use it in conjunction with my DVD player which has USB compatibility, to view my files such as Photos & Videos straight onto my TV. Another good thing about the hard drive, comes with software that enables you to backup your computer onto the external hard drive. Overall, certainly worth the money for portablity, reliability and general use.... Read review

Advantages: Cheap, good performance, easy to install
Disadvantages: Power button too touchy

...Bought this computer for the gf. It (along with Vista) was very easy to get up and running. Only issues have been with the operating system and the power button. The OS has run VERY well out of the box (so kudos to MS on that), but it is definetely NOT XP. The power button is easily hit if which is rather annoying. Advantages: HaLoads of storage space
Disadvantages: Annoying blue light

...I have had my PC for two years now and just recently I managed to fill my 80 GB hard drive up with rubbish. There was so much rubbish on it the hard drive was having problems reading the data. It was so full that I didn't even have enough free space to do a defragmentation of the drive. Anyhow with my birthday looming just around the corner my girlfriend said that I could have a new hard drive as an early present. I only wanted a 100 GB hard drive but after I had had a browse around I discovered that I could get the Iomega 250 GB external hard drive for the same price. The hard drive itself is silver and has a clear blue strip across the front. The Iomega logo is clearly embossed on the top and underneath there is four rubber feet.
