...This print cartridge is designed for use with the Hewlett Packard P 700, 800, 900 and 1100 series of Deskjet printers. We have a couple of 840C printers at my work place and we get through a fair amount of these HP45 cartridges! The HP45 is a black ink cartridge with a 42ml capacity. The lifespan on this cartridge will vary greatly according to the printing mode and resolution used on the printer. ...This review is on the HP (Hewlett Packard) Inkjet Black Ink Cartridge, which I use in conjunction with my HP printer for my computer. I bought this one on this particular occasion in my local Staples store for £18.49, although I had originally gone in there to buy one of their own brand makes which are around £5 cheaper. However, you do pay for the quality that you get and yes you do pay for the name as you would expect with anything these days! I'm not being a snob, but sometimes I do just like to be walking down the road with a top brand name in my hands (even though it may just be an ink cartridge). But back to the quality, and this particular one is the larger one of the two 56 series that HP now do for t heir printers.
