This review is of the black colour of ink which is the black colour cartridge you have to get for your printer. The actual name of this cartridge is the brotherlc600bk, obviously then this only fits inside of brother printers and there is also a limit to what brother printers this one can actually go into.
You can use this cartridge with any of brothers MFC 3100C, MFC 3200C, MFC 3200J, MFC 3220, MFC 3320, MFC 3420, MFC 3820, MFC 580, MFC 590, MFC 880, MFC 890, MFC 5100C, MFC 5100J, MFC 5200C, MFC 5200J. It also works with brothers 1800C fax machine too.

Advantages: Print quality, ease of use Disadvantages: Too expensive
...This printcartridge is designed for use with the Hewlett Packard P 700, 800, 900 and 1100 series of Deskjet printers. We have a couple of 840C printers at my work place and we get through a fair amount of these HP45 cartridges!

In Use
To make the cartridge ready for fitting into the printer, you first need to remove a plastic strip from the bottom of the cartridge. This...

However, you do pay for the quality that you get and yes you do pay for the name as you would expect with anything these days! I'm not being a snob, but sometimes I do just like to be walking down the road with a top brand name in my hands (even though it may just be an ink cartridge).
But back to the quality, and this particular one is the larger one of the two 56 series that HP now do for t heir printers. But this one this size, the packet claims that this bigger size can do up to 3 times more prints than...
