Brown Brothers
Brown Brothers are famous for producing Australia's most seasoned and diverse range of wines. The company was established in 1889 by John F Brown and is now being run by the third generation of the Brown family. Apparently this wine won the 2005 bronze medal.
Packaging
The bottle is dark green and to be honest, it doesn't really look that enticing when looking for it on the supermarket shelf. Brown Brother ... ...yellow label, with Australia written underneath that. There is a yellow strip of label around the bottom half of the bottle and Cienna 2006 is printed on this.
On the back of the bottle, there is a description of the wine which reads 'Cienna will remind you of summer, fresh rips cherries and juice berries. It is gently sparkling, smooth and soft with a refreshing finish. Chill and enjoy with or without food.'

...am a big fan of Brown Brothers, and really like their white, dessert and sparkling wines. They are a great Australian wine company, who are making a big effort to become widely available in this country, and you can find at least one of their wines in most supermarkets. I was at a Christmas fair, and even though I hate red wine (it makes me feel ill), I was persuaded to try this. I instantly bought a bottle. It tastes nothing like red wine, but is ... ...and is naturally fizzy, making it very much like really tasty fizzy ribena. It's a very versatile wine - good for special occasions because of its fizz, good on its own on a hot summer day, and good with chocolate. I have never tried a wine like this before, and I would recommend everyone to try go out and track down a bottle as soon as they can. ...
