Buck and Hickman

I popped into my local Buck & Hickman trade store when as I decided to buy the Karcher T-300 surface cleaner when I was beginning to tackle larger areas with my pressure washer. The dirtblaster that comes with many of the pressure washers is great for small stubborn areas/stains, but when it came ot cleaning the patio, or decking i needed something that would take care of the dirt & grime and quickly. I only chose to buy from Buck & Hickman because they promised next day delivery. I as a cusomer fulfilled their criteria for next day delivery. I've spent all day today waiting but nothing arrived. I called them at 16:00 and they suggested I call again at 17:30 if it still has hasn't arrived. I waited and called them again after 17:30. For some reason they can't track the order with UPS. Now the strange thing is B&H's website showed my order as 'processing' all day today, but after 17:30 it shows as 'despatched'. So much for same day despatch, next day delivery.
