Bennets renewed my motorcycle insurance even after I wrote to cancel
after numerous conversations they agreed to refund ,only after I wrote to dvla for disposal proof but I only got £30
by cheque they said they would pay the remaining back to the credit card,I stated the account had closed but they insisted they would only pay back to the account from which it came otherwise they would be breaking the law,after totally contradicting themselves
they were very rude and argumentative,eventually I wrote to the financial ombudsman 0845 080 1800 who are looking into my case
as they still have my money & refuse to return my calls,they seem to be a very polished act by selling you the cover,but absolutely incompetent with customer support....
