The buffalo 80gb ministation is a great and very well made portableharddrive. It is plug and play and as such takes away the stress of installation and trying to get it to work across multiple operating systems and different computers.
It is usb powered and is very small for its capacity, it fits in my jeans pocket. which means you can use it anywhere and take it with your laptop and it doesnt need a power supply like many others, and it is not very intensive on your laptops power supply.
It is quiet running and well ventilated so never gets hot even under lots of work. It is made specially to with stand hard knocks and bumps during work, which when you accident prone like me is very handy!

So would I recommend this harddrive? Well yes of course I would whats not to like? It has very good looks, its easy to install, it performs well, it has a very fast transfer rate, it's strong and durable and it is not too expensive. If you are looking for either a portable or just an external harddrive then take a look at this one!
