A lovely place for baby to travel
Review of Aprica Italian Sport Series by
multidonna
Advantages: Light, colourful, safe, comfortable.
Disadvantages: no shoulder straps.
This aerodynamic design incorporates style with safety in a beautiful and easy to use stroller. It can be used for newborns to toddlers and it is often difficult to find this age range. The wheels are nice and chunky making it a lot easier to tackle high foot paths and bumpy terrain without disturbing your child if they are sleeping. The designers obviously put a lot of thought into this stroller as it is kitted out with the latest safety designs. ... ...the sides fit snuggly around your child\'s body to provide maximum absorption of shock upon impact. There is a secure bar across the front with thick padding helping to also absorb impact and keep your child in place. The pop-up head rest provides support for younger children\'s head and supports the neck and spine by creating the correct posture. The handle adjusts making it comfortable for anyone to push. There is a small viewing window on the ...

A nice looking pram
Review of Mamas & Papas Ultima 3 in 1"" by
xjenniex2008
Advantages: The carrycot is lovely
Disadvantages: Bulky, too big even for a vectra, hard to fold and put up
I acually have the Ultima 8 in 1 but the only things I have extra to the 3 in 1 is a car seat and a surefix stand.
When we started looking at prams I knew i wanted one to look like a proper pram. I didnt want a 3 wheeler or one of these that looks like a hairdressers tool trolley. And I knew I wanted M&P I am a big fan of their products.
Originally we decided on the Pliko pramette, and then we saw this. The carrycot won me over I loved the way ... ...and cosy for a newborn baby being born in december. So we ordered it in Balmain which is a really lovely fabric.
Our first trip out with the pram was when our daughter was 4 days old, we went to tesco. We had to take the carrycot off the chasis to get it in the car, we drive a vectra, which we were a bit annoyed with. After doing this everytime we went out however we got used to it and I was thankful I hadn't chosen the Xcel chassis. She grew out ...

Silver Cross Freeway
Review of Silver Cross (UK) Limited Linear Freeway by
CiaoTester
Advantages: Elegant with lightweight chassis unit.
Disadvantages: Compatible car seat does not fit onto any base
...sleeping area for baby.
Silver Cross is of a name historically admired and trusted in the pram world. The classic large wheeled model is the one that generally springs to mind when this famous brand name is mentioned. However, Silver Cross have now entered the modern age.
The chassis element of this system is just that - a chassis, & is useless in itself without the pram body element. The reason I mention this is that the body is totally detachable ... ...of this pram is unmistakably Silver Cross, even without the big wheels. The pram unit does seem larger than most, which certainly gives it presence, but remains very attractive in it's design. I would suggest though checking the amount of boot space in your car and maybe asking the retailer if you can place their demonstration unit into your boot before purchasing. Folding the chassis is easy, and of course if used mainly with the car seat the space ...

LOOLA - Convienient, Compact and Sassy!
Review of Bebe Confort Loola by
georgie55555
Advantages: Good all round travel system, extremely compact and convenient
Disadvantages: Shopping basket a bit too small
I own the Loola travel system and carrycot and I have to say it is fantastic! With my last baby I made the mistake of buying a bulky buggy that filled my boot and it was a pain, especilly when going to get the weekly groceries or going on holiday. The Loola is totally different, I have a Renault Magane which I would say has a fairly average size boot and this buggy just tucks away at the back and If I need to use my boot, the frame of the pushchir ... ...comfy in the Loola and I have had numerous people comment on how lovely it looks. It is convenient, the car seat just clips easily onto the frame. Unlike some other travels systems on the market you don't need to use extra clips that can get lost easily. The only downside to this buggy is that the shopping basket is a bit too small but this will not put me off recommending it. Although a bit expensive I would definately recommend the cosytoe that ...
