Advantages: Bouncy, goddess like curls Disadvantages: The plastic bottle, the expense
my curls. They are either acceptable as they are, or my straighteners work their magic. End of?until now.
Promises, Promises?
Bumble and BumbleCurlConsciousCurl Crème is available in two different versions depending on whether you have thin to medium hair or medium to thick hair (like mine). My hair is curlier on the top than underneath and particularly curly at the back and also has a tendency to go very frizzy given the slightest opportunity (i.e. all the time). The Medium to Thick Hair Curl Crème?s promises to create ringlets from my hair, decrease the amount of frizz and help my ?wound-up hyperactive hair come together and calm down? made this curl-enhancing cream sound perfect for turning my red carpet fantasies into a reality. The CurlConsciousCurl Crème for thin to medium hair on the other hand keeps the fact that fine ...
Advantages: Gorgeous Fragrance, It Works Disadvantages: The Cost, Availability, Annoying Bottle When Approaching Empty!
I'm here writing up the CurlConscious Creme review after my opinions of the Bumble & BumbleCurlConscious conditioner were aired. Please note different curl types need different attention and amounts of product - these factors must be taken into consideration before you make your decision to buy or not to buy.
As ever, the product was tested on long, corkscrew THIRSTY curls.....mine of course!
Now I have never seen Bumble & Bumble products on the high street. I don't know if this is because my city just doesn't have 'the right salons' or if generally, B&B do not sell that much on the high street. The claims made by the B&B advert are that it contains an amazing curl enhancing ingredient and it will help ...
Advantages: The Lush Smell, I Guess It Works Better Than a Cheap Brand...Just Disadvantages: Buying Online, Very Expensive, Disappointing Results, Over Hyped
This product is specifically for curly hair. For those who need a recap, there are three types of curly hair:
1. Corkscrew curls (tightly wound with big 'ping' factor)
2. Botticelli curls (looser curls that fall down the head not 'out)
3. Wavy curls
Now - as ever - my reviews for curly hair products are based upon my experience as a *corkscrew* curly girl. And for the record my hair is just below shoulder length.
I had been advised by the online hair product vendors from which I bought this 250ml bottle of conditioner - for £16 - that I would love this product. It contains an amazing curl enhancing ingredient according to the advertisement.
It comes in two different types: for fine to medium curly hair or medium to thick curly hair. I am definitely medium thick. Steady people I mean hair not IQ!
