I recently decided it was time to buy a widescreen tv. Wary of the fact that the government are to turn off analogue tv, I decided to buy an idtv. I was astounded by the price of the few on the market until I spotted the Bush 28" Widescreen Digital tv, with a years prepaid subscription to On Digital for an astounding £399.99. Although the tv has limited features in standard mode the overall features of the tv are amazing for the price. It features 2 scarts, inbuilt modem and is compatible with other digital service providers as well. No more need for another box to add to the several others already on the tv stand. It also allows you to connect a faster external modem if you want to surf the net faster. Overall I find this a very good buy for the money.

A good opinion. I have one of these also, but was rather concerned when I spoke to a friend who is a tv engineer - after I had bought it, of course! - He tells me many go wrong within the first 12 months, and certain faults cannot be fixed. But you do have the warranty so best of luck. I will just keep my fingers crossed about mine!
