If you want to try before you buy then Bushbaby can be difficult to find in High St stores. I have recently seen Bushbaby products in John Lewis, Mothercare and Boots but you'll need to go to big stores. However, there are plenty of web sites that sell these carriers online and you ... Read review

Advantages: Extremely comfortable. Excellent back support. Easy to put on. Disadvantages: Rain cover not practical when baby faces outwards
We bought this carrier after trying my brother-in-law's carrier (he has three children so has plenty of experience!). The padding and strapping is designed to provide lumbar support and definitely works as we carry our daughter everywhere and have never had any back aches. She much prefers being in the carrier to the pushchair as she can see people's faces rather than their knees!
The carrier has straps at the waist and back which can easily be ... ...you feel as though it's pulling at your neck then simply reach behind and pull on the back straps. (Easier than it sounds). You can also adjust some straps at the front to decide how close you want the baby to you. I've never had any problems taking this carrier on or off and Mair always looks very comfortable in it. She faced inwards for the first 3 months but now faces outwards. The maximum weight for this carrier is 9kg and she is now 8kg. It ...

Advantages: Comfortable, easy to use, adjustable, versitile Disadvantages: none
When my son was born we were keen to carry him, we bought at omy rodeo freestyle carrier and hates it. It was hard to use, uncomfortable and didn't feel secure. So, when dd was born after much research we bought a bushbaby cocoon. In a word it is fantastic. Both myself and my husband suffer from sciatica and bad backs and we could carry our daughter with ease and comfortably. It wasa life saver indoors and out doors. If you have a cling or colicky ... ...so you're hands free and they feel secure. When out and about it's so much easier then lugging a buggy everywhere especially if you rely on public transport. We had a tandem buggy for our children and quickly found it much easier to put our toddler in a buggy and our baby in the bushbaby. We could walk for miles with her in that and we successfully carried her in it until she was ten months old. We only stopped because we switched to a mei-tai sling.

Advantages: more comfortable than other brands Disadvantages: none
I bought this product from kiddicare.com for £30 after doing a fair bit of research and i can say we were pleased with our purchase!
This carrier says that it offers more support thus muaking it better for both baby and the person who is doing the carrying! I would agree with this statement yes it is more comfortable than your average baby carrier however i like all baby carriers it does get uncomfortable after after a bit- for me it was approx ... ...a great design as it makes it so easier for you to get your baby in and out of. You simply lay the coccoon bit on the floor, strap the baby into it then trap the baby onto you! it also comes with a dribble cloth and sunshade which are both great ideas and has little pocket for you to put stuff in. its a great buy and i def recommend it although you would prob only use it for approx 3-4months i reckon. ...

Quick review of Bush Baby Baby Cocoon Review ofBush Baby Baby Cocoonby

Hi
I bough one of these after a friend recommended it , i had been using a Baby Bjorn , which gave me back ache.
Wow , I love it , it's so comfortable to wear and easy to adjust to fit me (5'2" and Joe my partner who is 6'2")
I love that you can take the baby pouch off when she has fallen asleep. It gives me time to stack the dishwasher and do the hoovering in peace.
Then when Ellie wakes up I just clip her back on and carry on.

Advantages: Very supportive, great back panel, and baby is comfy Disadvantages: Hard to put the baby onto straps if you are big chested!
I had wanted to try this whilst I was pregnant but at the time I couldn't find it in any stores near me, and driving to Dagenham to try one was a bit silly. So I ended up buying another front carrier that I absolutely hated. When my daughter was about 6 weeks old, I went to a Boots I had been to previously and there it was! I tried one on in store with my daughter and purchased one there and then. At £50 its not cheap, but its not as expensive as ... ...to put on alone, well, if you have small boobs! I have to lay my daughter down and guide the baby 'unit' onto the clip on the strap! Its incredibly supportive and from four baby carriers I have had, this is the only one that I have used where i dont feel the need to support my child with one hand. Which means I can push my son in hios wheelchair with my daughter in her carrier so I can go out if we are on our own. ...

Suffering the inevitable problem of living with three girls, as I do, the weekly request for a video of nothing overly violent… nothing scary… something funny and well sweet is hardly surprising. Why the hell they can’t just say... more
