I bought this DVD player around 1 year ago now and it is still in perfect working condition. It produces a good quality picture and has many buttons on the control to fiddle around with but we will come to those later.

Well firstly lets start on the screen/picture size as i believe this to be the only downfall of the dvd player. What can i say, it leaves a good 2 inches off at the top of the screen and a good 2 inches below so, lets just say it dont fit the screen size. You can zoom into the picture but when doing this you cut of part of the film, which i believe is rather annoying. But the bigger the t.v screen you have the larger the picture on the t.v. So if you have a small television i reccomend that you do not but this dvd player as the picture size would just make it a waste of money.

Next lets talk a little about the quality of the dvd player. Well as i said i have now had this dvd player for around a year and it is in perfect condition, so it is long lasting. Also the quality of the picture is really good.

Now lets go on to a few of the options you have with the remote control. Here is a list of all the options - shuffle, program, clear, goto, kodak t.e, resume, t.v mode, display, slow, step, p/n, zoom, setup, audio, sub-t, angle, menu and title. Not forgettin the usual buttons pause, play, fast forward and rewind. On the display mode you can choose from a range of different ways to display the picture, also zoom is another i use quite frequently and it also makes the picture smaller if you want it smaller. I do have to admit that i do not know what half the others mean but im sure some of you do. Does also of course have the option to change language and have the words come up on the screen for you which are pluses.

All the required leads and plugs etc. come with the dvd player so you do not have to worry aout buying extras and of course the manual guides in case you get stuck, but i have not a had no problems myself with it yet.

It is also a very easy dvd player to install all you have to do is put the plug into a socket and another plug into the back of the television and the back of the dvd player.

The sound system is not the best as it is not as loud as other dvd players i have seen and heard and also you cannot use surround sound with this dvd player which is i believe a downfall.

I would reccomend this to people, but i also would say it is not the best out there as you can now get a lot better players and i am thinking of getting a new one myself. And remember if you have a small television i would definately reccomend that you do not buy this dvd player as the picture will be small.
