Terrible, they failed to deliver the goods to my address, lied to me about what had happened, and have now lost the parcel. It took considerable effort on my part to get any response from them and I have been given 3 versions of events, none of which helps to compensate me for the loss. I have since talked to an ex-employee who has told me that my experience is not unusual and during her time with them one the Business Post depots was raided by the police because members of staff were helping themselves to the contents of parcels!!
The only reason have given them a one star rating is because the system does not accept a no star rating or swear words.
