In general, my personal opinion is that the Open University is a good option for most people, it gives a number of options for people to studybusiness, as you can mix and match courses to suit yourself. I have found it useful and very practical, although some of the individual modules can be a touch pricey, depending on the route you wish to take. I studied this course in the terms in 1996 to 1998. I found the course both enlightening and fun. It covers a vast amount of business areas including operations management, finance, computers, business decision methods, organisationel relationships and many more.
I studied through Coventry University at a franchise college. This college was smaller than Uni, so I did miss out on some of the social aspects, but around it was a positive experience.

I would just like to write a review on home study, something that I am sure that many of us have all done at one time or another. It is not something that we enjoy doing, and yet it makes up an important part of our studying times.
For many, studying at home is perhaps the most hardest part of studying because a lot of the time it is something that you do on yur own - and because there are no other people about, it is hard to get in to the habit of doing so because nobody will smack your legs if you don't do it! Therefore, one of the best ways in which I have fouond to study at home is to do it with another one or two peopple who were all onmy course.
