LURPACK BUTTER
Review of Lurpak Danish Butter by Jeser

Advantages: Great for many cooking and baking uses uses
Disadvantages: non

THE GREATEST BUTTER EVER I have purchased Lurpack Butter for very many years and it tastes great for many reasons as follows: Out of all the butter brands I have tried over the years Lurpack is the very best. It has a very creamy taste and is great for spreading on bread, scones, baguettes, brioche, crossiants. It is great for using in Scones, Cakes, bread and butter pudding adding to potatoes and vegetables. It leaves no aftertaste in your ...
...of 95p a 250g block in most supermarkets it is excellent value for money for it's outstandingly good quality. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 10, it comes out tops by a very long way - no wonder it is so popular with consumers. Also Lurpack now do the Spreadable that you can put on bread and other food items at quick convienience and is sold in many supermarkets. Lurpack Spreadable also has the same taste advantages as the blocks of butter ... Read review

JUST TRY
Review of Bertolli Olive Oil Spread by Craige0511

Advantages: MANY
Disadvantages: NONE

Over the years ive tried all kinds of margarine. We normally get whats on offer, buy one get 1 free."utterley whatever". Ive started to buy this olive oil spread for 4 weeks now and its great. I first tried this in the smaller tubs, but now i get the bigger tubs, for my self and all the family, we all love it and its supposed to be good for us. It comes in a normal marg tub, but looks good, and is easier to use,"the lid goes on easier". The only ...
...double the others. As a family we really like it and will carry on using this spread, it is also good for frying mushrooms etc. A great all round spread, good for all ages. It tastes nice. Goes on easily Looks natural. Can spread thinly and makes my wife think of holidays. Give it a go. Its just a little pricey, but worth every penny, its not as if we buy it every day. ... Read review

and now ... the light version too
Review of Lurpak Spreadable Slightly Salted by Janej47

Advantages: lovely butter , one of my favouriters
Disadvantages: doesnt actually spread that well , but read on .....

Lurpak slightly salted butter ........ always my favourite and I buy it regularly , but as always I go back to margarine because of the spreadability and softness straight out of the fridge A case of sacrificing taste for convenience I remember one winter actually cutting off slices from the block and laying it on my toast because the butter was so hard , and I always think that even a gentle thawing in the microwave changes the taste a little ...
...I noticed a new " Lurpak LIGHTER spreadable" on the supermarket shelf and bought the small size ( 250 g ) to try ( 99p Asda ) What a difference !! Despite there being no extra claims for it , this one actually spreads straight out of the fridge !! And it tastes just as good as the original despite there being less calories .. 544 per 100 grammes as opposed to around 680 That's a whopping 25% less fat ( and 50% less guilt ! ) I used the pack in ... Advantages: spreads straight from fridge, no microwaved mess!, tastes great!
Disadvantages: None!

I love crumpets and just had to try anchor's new spreadable on them yesterday for my lunch, and let me tell you this it was exquiste in taste and I couldn't get enough on the crumpet! The taste is lovely, not too salty like some butters this one was just right! It comes in a range of sizes from 250g to 500g and maybe een 1kg if your lucky (depending on retailer) I get mine from tesco and a 500g tub costs around £2.50, remarkable value as ever from ...
