Phill your boots it's extra light
Advantages: Great for people watching their weight and very versatile Disadvantages: Probably not for people who are lovers of the full fat variet
...tub and then in 1985, Kraft ( the owners of the cheese) brought in a low fat version and in 2001 this extra light version came into being - it was then 'improved' in 2006. The Cheese. Well butter my bottom and call me a biscuit!
Advantages: A lot healthier alternative to butter Disadvantages: None
FLORA BUTTERY
What is nicer on a thick piece of hot toast than loads of butter?
Much as I love butter though I try to cut down because of the cholesterol in it.
I can’t stand ‘light’ or ‘low fat’ spreads on toast – all it does is make the bread wet, although I love olive oil I’m not too keen on the olive oil spreads
So my compromise is to use the Flora Buttery spread
Flora is a well-known and trusted product, it is part of the Uni Lever ... ...cannot be mistaken as a Flora product, it is is the same shape and size as the original Flora, thedifference is that the tiub and lid are a vivid, buttercup yellow colour with the Flora heart upon the top. It states that it has a 'Buttery Taste' and that it will also keep your heart healthy.
Und the lid is a removable foil cover that reminds you that ‘Flora Buttery is good for you and your heart’.

Baking chocolaty snail with Stork
Advantages: perfect for baking, cheap Disadvantages: none
...the dough. When I found Stork margarine I could hardly believe that such a good baking margarine is so cheap. I’ll share a recipe my sons love and I bake it quite often. Price and package ----------------------- From time to time Unilever repacks the Stork margarine but luckily the quality is the same. The 250 g margarine comes in a golden wrapper and contains 75% vegetable fat. It costs 0.45 pounds. The label says it is for pastry. Splendiferous Splendips
Advantages: Tasty Disadvantages: Deciding how much to put on each cracker
I haven't had Philadelphia for years, in fact the last time I had any, you had a choice of Philly Cheese or Philly Light, none of these fancy dips or spread that you get now. Then Tesco kindly sent me a £10 voucher for their internet service and I decided it was too good to pass up, on their home page they were giving away Philadelphia Flatbread with Chutney Splendips. So being an 'owt for nowt' type of person I thought I'd give them a try. Unfortunately ... ...and Sweet Chilli Dip, not quite the same thing, but again I thought I'd give them a go. And I'm glad I did, because I was pleasantly surprised by the product. Nutritional Information Typical Values Per 76g serving Energy 148kcal Protein 4.7g Carbohydrate 28.0g Fat 1.7g Fibre 0.6g Sodium 0.4g So it's not the healthiest snack in the world, but it's a bit faffy to eat, so in terms of the time taken to eat something it's better than a bag of ...

Fit as a Fiddle, me!
Advantages: Tasty and healthy. Disadvantages: Expensive
...a smooth texture. <P>
Flora has been promoted by the british heart foundation and seemingly, cholesterol is becomming a major health scare, obviously healthy diest, fruit, veg and exercise are vital and you cannot expect a spread to save your life, however it is one step on the way and although expensive i feel that you cannot put a price on your health so i do reccomend it as part of your everyday shopping, not just for those on diets ofr people ...
