The products are reasonably priced but most are out-dated. It is unlikely that you will receive any promotions that you are offered with your order as they seem unwilling to dispatch these. In addition, should you come to return the products you will find that on calling you will be told 'call back next week, as we haven't looked through the returns yet', this is a regular occurence and my refund has still not been resolved. The customer service team are merely sales people and have little knowledge on the products they are selling or how to provide good service.
I became aware that buycosmetics.com had a bad reputation on forums but still tried it for myself. I now wish I hadn't. It's now 6 weeks since I placed the order and no refund in sight.
They are a small company but this is no excuse. Many small businesses operate effectively and become very successful, unfortunately this is not one of them.
If you wish to order from them do choose carefully because there are better companies out there!

Sorry for the low rate but more info would be helpful on the site as a whole as not everyone would have heard of them. How easy is navigate, why did you buy from them etc.

It's always worth trying on-line cosmetic/perfume companies, you hope they are cheaper because they cut out unecessary costs, sadly thats not always the case. If they choose to provide a poor service, in the long run it's their loss.
Advantages: Standard shipping costs have been scrapped, lots of products and companies to choose from Disadvantages: If you are after a specific product by a specific brand, you may be in for disappointment
