I was actually quite saddened to read some negative reviews of BuyCosmetics here because I've bought from them for about 5 years now and I really like them a lot so I'd like to share my own opinion of them here.
I have probably placed about 30 orders with them in total and I think I have had problems with two of those orders. The first was not really their fault because it was Royal Mail who lost my order. I had to wait 14 days before Royal Mail acknowledged that it was lost and BuyCosmetics could send out another. It was supposed to be a gift for someone so it was very inconvenient at the time. The second problem I had was that the plunger in a face cream I bought did not work but I sent it back and a replacement turned up within a week.
Apart from the two incidents, I have never had any problems with any order from BuyCosmetics. You can pick standard and express delivery service. Standard is free for orders over £30 (I think it is) and this is usually what I opt for. With standard delivery they say allow up to 14 days for delivery but I don't think I have ever had to wait more than 3 or 4 days for it to arrive. I've also paid extra for Express on occasions and the order has always turned up the next day as promised.
I have bought a variety of products from BuyCosmetics over the years including makeup, skincare products, bags, books, cds and electrical goods. Everything has always been as described and I have been completely happy with all of the items I have received.
There has also been a few times that I have had to either email or call them for more information about a product I am buying and I have always had a very prompt response back by email or very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable telephone service from whoever I have spoken too.
If I was forced to have to say anything negative about BuyCosmetics it would be that I don't think they get enough new products in and that their choice is generally quite limited. But what they do sell is very competively priced, sometimes far below what you would pay for it on the highstreet.
They always seem to have great promotions on. My tip would be to search the web for special voucher codes before you go there because you can often use save even more money or get a free gift with your order when you use a promotional code.
Overall I would not hesitate to recommend BuyCosmetics to anyone. I have used them for years and really only have good things to say about them after all my time of using them.
