I forgot all about it until I had the usual pesky phone call from my service provider about ... ...basically told the gentleman where to go when I remembered my friends phone (she had since left) hung the phone up and then when directly to the site in question to see what deals there were to be had.

...got a Fault code, contacted Buymobilephones that I was sending in a faulty phone, no probs so far, buymobilephones contact me the phone isn't faulty and claimed I didn't ring orange for a Fault code. I rang orange again to be told the code was still valid, Seem these con-artists only care for sales and taking your money, any problems they try to pass on to someone else. Even accused me in damaging the phone but there's no damage, A dirty tactic.

I recently was after getting a Ipod touch but after finding prices averaging of £250 for the 16Gb i decided to look about for deals offering them for free with phone contracts as i had just under 2 month remaining on my current contract.
I eventually found number of places but thought for a £35 per month contract over 12 month and free 16gb Ipod touch included with that buymobilephones.net for me offered the best deal so i googled and found quite ... ...chances i ordered the handset just before lunch and received emails telling me its status recieved it the following day (including a gift claim voucher) with royal mail special delivery service.
I returned the voucher to them later the same day aswell as the required items to claim my gift using the special delivery service which cost £4.30 for a letter which is abit much tbh but thought it wasnt worth the chance losing a £250 gift over anyhow the ...

Purchased my mobile phone from this company on one of their cashback offers. What a JOKE! I sent the first claim in on time and eventually discovered that I hadn't included all of the first five bills, only the fifth one, hence my claim was disallowed. Unfortunately they didn't tell me until it was too late and only after thounding them via email. Apparently ALL future claims are now void. I'll never deal with this company again and recommend everyone elase to do the same. There are good firms out there with cash back deals, such as mobileshop.com. Its just that this crowd aren't one of them. AVOID! ...

...buy a contract phone from BuyMobilePhones as they offered a good selection on their website and had the phone I wanted. I purchased a Nokia with a 12 month cashback contract.
I applied for my first cashback claim after the first five bills (and line rental charges of £30 a month), only to be told that I sent my claim in too early! No problem I say, I'll send it in again next month. No apparently because I sent my claim in early (I didn't) I have ... ...until the end of the contract.
The cashback team hide behind email and do not provide a phone number. Any request to be forwarded to the cashback team on the phone will be met with a "send an email" response.
So I'm having to find the money to pay a £30 a month contract which was advertised as free.
Anyone thinking of buying a cashback phone from this company.. BEWARE.. they will do or say everything they can so they don't have to pay up. ...
