Completely agree, I have the same problem... Nightmare company to deal with. They should be put out of business by Trading standards. I have contacted them several times only to lend up the garden path. Lost package, lost again. Can't give you a refund. Hayley is a professional criminal and has an excuse for everything. I strongly urge anyone thinking of using them or any of there other companies don't. Its modern day robbery. Advantages: it was cheaper than anywhere else, but i now know why... Disadvantages: customer serives is a complete joke
I contacted CCK to find out if the had 2 apple airport express in stock, they confirmed that they had, so i placed my order on the 16-02-09. waited 2 weeks and still had not received my items. So called them to find out what was going on and they said it had been posted out to me and to wait another week to see if it arrives, i called them back to say it still has not arrived. They asked to give them 48 hrs to investigate. i called back 2 days later ... ...i demanded a refund which the confirmed on the 20-03-09. as of today (18-05-09) I'm still waiting on my refund, I've now had to get my credit card company involved... the customer service is a joke, the only thing you her from them is " I'll case that up for you." there is no one every available higher up the chain when you demand to speak to someone with more authority. and the accounds department WILL NOT accsept inward calls, it's just unacceptable!!! ...

CCKtechnologies.co.uk seem to be called techbitsonline.co.uk now. I have just been caught out ordering by them as they had a competitive price on some electronic pc equipment! You will prob not receive your goods & will get no refund. I telephoned after a week, querying my item's non delivery after paying standard delivery 2-7 days. They said it would need to be a min of 21 days before they will even start to investigate my order. See bottom of page ... ...been 5 weeks & I still have not received my order! They refuse to cancel it or refund my money. Having to resort to a visa debit chargeback from the bank. Advantages: I would say low prices but no price is low enough for no goods Disadvantages: Don't deliver the goods, can't tell you when they will deliver them.
I am still waiting for the goods 3 weeks after ordering them. The certainly are quick when it comes to taking the money (the next day). They then don't bother to dispatch the goods. The tell me the goods have been dispatched but they can't tell me when they dispatched them. They are clearly lying, if they had dispatched them when they said they had, I would have had them a week ago. The staff on the the end of the phone are rude and unhelpful. They ... ...dispatched. They also claim that they are the only person in the organisation that you can speak to. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE they will take your money and not deliver any goods. And yes when pressed they do consider this to be an acceptable level of service. So that no-one else gets caught out they are also trading under the name of techbitsonline.co.uk ...

Advantages: Cheap Disadvantages: Poor communication
I was a bit anxious having read all these negative reviews 'after' having placed my order. This was compounded by my email to CCK Technologies/Techbits (customercare@ccktechnologies.co.uk) being auto-rejected all week! In addition to this I was also unable to contact them through their Live Chat service. I didn't bother calling their 0871 number. (I don't have much respect for organisations who use these numbers or the network operators who charge ... ...my order on 28/3/2009 it arrived in reasonable time today 3/4/2009. Delivery of the item was trackable with the tracking number provided - although, I did have to edit this number to get City Links' tracking service to recognise it. All in all, I had a relatively painless experience using this company. ...
