I too am still waiting for my delivery ordered on the 3rd December. Despite writing 2 emails to sales@ccktechnologies.com, and filling out there onine customer support form. They have a "tracking" system but frankly, it`s a waste of time. Well, as proof of my order here is part of my receipt:

Thanks to a previous reviewer, who provided the phone number (naturally it`s not on their website anywhere...). I phoned them up and spoke to a very courteous lady who said that she`d get back to me within 1/2 hour. She didn`t. I hope that this review will help some other online shopper to not waste their time with this bunch of cowboys. I will now take this up with my credit card company and let them sort it out on my behalf. Remember folks....always google for reviews before you place an order with online vendors or you`ll end up writing reviews like this. Also remember....there`s sometimes a reason why something`s cheap....

p.s. if by some miracle I receive my good before Xmas then I would take back a little of this review but their customer support and communication is TERRIBLE

I received my goods on the 17th December - 2 weeks after I ordered. This is a relief. If only they could of been bothered to phone/respond to my emails then I wouldn`t have flamed them online. Unfortunately I won`t be using their services again as I for some reason feel lucky that I received them....
