AFTER READING SUCH POOR REVIEWS WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER BREALLY. WE HAD OUR WASHING MACHINE 1 MONTH BEFORE IT PACKED, SO I RANG THEM, WITH THE THOUGHT OF A 5 YEAR GUARANTEE YOU THINK YOU HAVE PEACE OF MIND..... THINK AGAIN. THERE ARE SO MANY GET OUT CLAUSES THE GUARANTEE IS NOT WORTH A CARROT. THE ENGINEER CAME OUT AND GUESS WHAT, SORRY SIR THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE GUARANTEE. THATS CORRECT A £400 WASHING MACHINE 4 WEEKS OLD PACKED IN AND NOT COVERED, WE HAVE SINCE REPLACED IT WITH A SMEG. CDA are very poor, I had a whole kitchen full of these integrated white goods, looked great and did their job for the first year until
things started going wrong. Anyway, to cut a long story short, they are poor quality items that will break not long after there 1st year replace for free no quibble warranty is up, they'll offer to fix for free but can't (or say they can't) so that they can flog you another at a reduced price.
