    I have just purchased this combination microwave oven and am really disappointed with this product. Unlike its foreign counterparts such as Sharp and Samsung which I previously had for years, this British make comes with very little instruction, nothing to tell you how to cook basics such as jacket potatoes, and no recipes booklet like most other well known brands provide. I had to guess how to cook jacket potatoes. They were done before the time worked out by the oven and were soft and soggy. There's nothing to tell you what to do to get a crisp jacket potatoe.
