...We bought the new BEKO CDA648FS at the end of may so have had it about a month so far .We purchased it from comet online for a cost of £299 which included free delivery but wasnt given a time of delivery only the day i believe you can pay extra for a timed delivery if required .We bought the BEKO CDA648FS to replace our under counter integrated fridge and freezer to free up some needed cupboard space. When it arrived i was surprised with the size of it standing just under 2 metres tall .The fridge compartment is very sturdy indeed with 3 adjustable glass shelves and 2 salad crispers and holds 180 litres .The freezer compartment has 4 food drawers and 1 ice cube tray which is at the top which i was surprised holds lots it holds 90 litres .The unit also has reversible doors which i find very handy as not all kitchens are built... ...Bought new at a decent price. Delivered and installed okay. First use it stuck on wash for about 1 hour. Repairman (3 days later) fixed a wire. Well these things happen with new electrical equipment. Open soap powder tray and get ready for water running out that builds up around the side channels (don't they do basic checks before bringing to the market?) Over the coming months I noticed little nicks in cotton clothing. CDA informed 'overloading washer'. Lighter loads - still no better. Repairman changed rubber seal. Still no better. Nearly 12 months on and 5 more callouts, CDA finally agree to a new washer. New washer delivered - switched on and it worked. That is until it got to the spin. Sounded like an helicopter landing in my garden. Called CDA Service. They told me my guarantee had run out. I explained it was a new washer... Read review

...The machine I got was installed as part of my kitchen renovations. It did not last 3 months. I tried to claim on the supposed 5 year warrenty and the company sent out an independant engineer. He concluded that it was mechanical failure, which was obvious as the drum looked like that it had imploded, but hence, the company admitted that something like a ten pence piece could cause this damage, a thing I find strange as none of the other manufacturers agree to this, being that washing is washing and will contain 'stuff' in the pockets. CDA appear to have overlooked this aspect and are by far the most inferior product on the market and openly admit it by the response that I have had. I would strongly advise avoiding this product, and as the replacement machine I have been forced to buy has been coping admirabily. I would recommend... Read review
