This is a wonderful Iron. Heats up in less than 15 seconds and straightens your hair with one pass through chunk of hair. Great produc, I've had mine for about 5 years already and it still works great. It is very durable you can drop it, throw it and it does not break. Easy to clean, and does not fry your hair. Every girl must have a chi, and if you don't have on yet you must go out and buy one. The first time you iron your hair your going to have an orgasm because it leaves your hair beautiful and your straight hair last for days, no frizz or waves. Buy it and try it out I bet you'll completely agree with what I'm saying.
