...to take this as I have no reason. It worked for me and I think that would be a good reason to hold what i have left of the creatine fuel just in case I need it to help my shoulder in the next season of events. The product is a bit like the slimfast thing, milkshake.
It did not give me that extra strenght at the gym but sure helped the shoulder somehow!!...

Advantages: keeps you awake. Disadvantages: keeps you awake when you wanna sleep
