    This is a great product and with Dorian Yates associated with the company there's no more needed to be said. This product is good value for money and actually tastes really good I recommend the strawberry flavour from personal experience. It also mixes really good with no clumping. Top tip is to put the water in the shaker first and add the protein after. Another thing is this protein caused no stomach cramps and not too much excess gas unlike some of the cheaper proteins. One thing i would say is keep the CV up as I put on some weight around the hips - probably a good idea to supplement with ... more
