Since my late teens i have always struggled to keep my weight up, and have seen it constantly fluctuating on a day to day basis. Just this has been disheartening, particularly as i knew what my goal weight should be, and knew i was light years away from ever reaching it. But then i always seemed to have grandparents and friends' mothers saying 'have you lost weight?' and 'your mum should feed you more!'. These kind of comments were never helpful.
But just recently i decided that i wanted to take a stab at increasing my weight so searched the internet for tips and recommendations. I then saw an advert on tv for half price wheyprotein so did some investigating about it's benefits. I recently purchased some (from Holland and Barrett in the sale at £9.99) and am really happy that i did. I wouldn't have considered paying full price ...

This is a great product and with Dorian Yates associated with the company there's no more needed to be said.
This product is good value for money and actually tastes really good I recommend the strawberry flavour from personal experience. It also mixes really good with no clumping. Top tip is to put the water in the shaker first and add the protein after. Another thing is this protein caused no stomach cramps and not too much excess gas unlike some of the cheaper proteins.
One thing i would say is keep the CV up as I put on some weight around the hips - probably a good idea to supplement with a good fat stripper and creatine too if after the ripped look.

Hi, just wanted to write a quick review on Ultimate Wheyprotein, which I purchased recently from www.discountsupplements.co.uk, for the excellent price of £23.99.
I had previously used Boditronics, however I was looking around for a bit of a change, when I stumbled across this product, which apparantly is the best selling product on this particular website.
I ordered the product in chocolate, my preferred flavour, and the taste is quite good, in that some powders taste quite strongly of chemicals. This product doesnt't, the taste is good!
The level of protein in this product is good (22.5 g per 30 g), which is quite high for a protein shake product. Fat is low at 1.9g per 30 g, and calories are low as well, at 122 cal per 30 g serving.
All in all, I would recommend this product to regular gym goers, who are looking to rip up ...
