Ulead cool 3d is a trend setting application that allows you to make amazing 3d text with editable lighting effects, textures, and lets you play with fonts and all the conceivable editable properties of text, eg. path,etc. You can render your image for use in other applications, such as word processors or perhaps a web editor. Another excellent feature is its ability to export animations of your text including the windows AVI video format and GIF for the web. All in all a great program to make impressive professional looking text for personal use or a website. Excellent.

Advantages: Simple graphics created nicely. Cool 3D/animation effects are fun to mess around with. Disadvantages: Very difficult to get animated graphics to work properly and look good on a website. Cumbersome to use. Very limited range of options.
