Powerful system
Review of Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 / 2 GHz processor ( mobile ) by
thewhitewolf
Advantages: Powerful, not expensive
Disadvantages: none
We initially invited three companies to quote for our new kitchen -Magnet, Moben and a local independent company. The quotes were all quite similar and we chose Magnet as they seemed the most enthusiastic, adaptable and professional. We love our new Magnet kitchen and overall our experience was good mainly thanks to the excellent fitters who sorted all the inevitable hiccups on a big job with ease and professionalism. Sadly, service from our designer ... ...worse as time went on. He gave both the fitters and granite people incorrect plans so definitely be on site yourself when the templators to do the templating, Magnet actually tried to get us to pay an extra £150 for the granite because of a mistake their designer had made when ordering it. We naturally said that was down to them and refused. The designer also failed to order some necessary parts when he should have which caused quite a lot of delay ...

Its not the size its how you use it
Review of Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 / 2.4 GHz processor by
Digital_Friend
Advantages: Fast, energy efficiant, cheap
Disadvantages: intel have announced 6 core cpus on the way
Excellent Processor, the usual simple to install and the stock fan does its job well.
Very overclockable and can easily reach speeds of 3.0ghz without having to change the cooler.
In my oppinion certainly worth picking up as great value for money also with the release and rapid take up of quad core cpus the price of these dual core processors is only going to carry on going lower, meaning if you dont have a need for 4 cores pumping out your office ... ...graphics work that need the extra cores, grab one of these.
They will amaze you at the performance you will receive especially if upgrading from something a lot lower, i personally upgraded from a lowly AMD Athlon 2600 and was happier than a sandboy in a jam packed pub. ...

Ideal mobile processor
Review of Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 / 2 GHz processor ( mobile ) by
gaddy6
Advantages: Fast, runs quietly, doesnt overheat.
Disadvantages: None so far.
Intel are the leading company in world for selling processing units fors desktop and laptop computers. You can expect from them, to strive to produce newer and top of the range processors that are way above and beyond any other competitors products. This processor is another excellent example of their continual improvement in laptop technology.
Customer service is excellent through intel and any questions and support you have about their products ... ...fobbing off with false answers through my correspondence with them.
I am currently sat my laptop with this exact processor in, and I have not met a single problem with it. One can expect laptops to be slightly slower than desktop computers, but this processor makes the gap between the two appear very minimal. As a non-tech person myself, I have did some background research into core 2 duo processors before i purchased one as I wondered how long ...

Q6600 2.4GHz CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad
Review of Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 / 2.4 GHz processor by
kathymoger
Advantages: Blistering speeds
Disadvantages: Ideally needs Vista 64 bit but few software compatibility probems
Intel have really got it right with this CPU. It was easy to install and runs like a dream. To take real advantage of the power of this CPU it really needs the Vista 64bit version and there are few software compatibility problems now so it is worth taking the plunge. I've never seen software install so quickly on a PC as with this processor and running Windows updates, background tasks, processor hungry games etc. just doesn't have an impact on the ...
