THE INTEL PROCESSOR.
Review of Intel Pentium 4 530J / 3 GHz processor by packerlist

Advantages: VERY HIGH SPEED IN PROCESSING
Disadvantages: : MAKES NOISE.

...reason is that my other Intel seems to be outdated and the number two reasons is that I wanted a more advanced and faster processor for my PC gaming so I had to buy this for these reasons. The processor comes in an orange packed colour with blue stripe at the edge of the pack and also with an instruction, heat stick and fan for cooling down the temperature. The processor makes it outright for easy installation and application so no problem when ...
...The Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHZ socket 775 CPU has hyper technology and I think that was the best processor computer product I could find in the market and I decided to buy it after a long battle between Intel and athlon processor on which one to buy. The Intel processors that I have been using have been good and processing fine and have not encountered any problem since in use of the brand so for the reason of replacements, I just wanted a more advanced ... Great speed, but too hot
Review of Intel Pentium 4 631 / 3 GHz processor by deepblue_

Advantages: Very fast and trustble chip
Disadvantages: Gets very hot

...has HT, 64bits support and a lot of others features.. another thing, the cooler that comes with it probably won't handle the heat, so if you're buying this processor, start looking for good cooler like Zalman, thermaltake.. works great with windows vista 64, and it's a Intel processor chip.. ^^ ... if you want cheap there's a reason why
Review of Intel Celeron D 356 / 3.33 GHz processor by sim_simian

Advantages: cheap, reliable good for everyday tasks.
Disadvantages: you can't expect too much

Got this processor in a cheap Medion pc (from tescos £300) about six months ago was intially very impressed by the frequency 3.33 ghz which sounds good. However this is deceiving to the performance of the cpu i.e. though it handles simple pc tasks such as non demanding things like the internet it often slows down and nearly constantly runs at 100% frequency or quite near that level. Game performance with this cpu is poor and will lead to low fps ...
...cache size 512k, adequete cache size is one of the main neccesitys for good pc gaming and intensive applications. In conclusion value for money but you get what you pay for, if your thinking of upgrading i'd delfinately go for a dual core processor for the sake of twenty pounds extra. ... Read review

Advantages: Good clock speed, good video decoding and overall reliabilty
Disadvantages: Only 2 MB cache

The Core 2 Duo e6400 has many good features: It uses a 1066 MHZ FSB (front side bus) for a fast link on the motherboard. It 2 cores running at 2.13 GHZ The Processor is very EASY to overclock; just be careful. It is energy effecient and runs cool, unless you over clock Not as good features: 2 MB cache low compared to others in the range I found this processor to be excellent; it was extremely fast. With this processor there is no worry of ... Read review

Great, fast, cheap
Review of Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 / 2.4 GHz processor by mop591

Advantages: fast
Disadvantages: hard to think of one

This intel dual core processor with 2.4Ghz speed (total speed of 4.8Ghz) with a 2MB Cache can handle an awful lot of demanding programs runnning at once and for the amazingly low price its a very good processor. This processor is also compatable with 64 bit computing. It has an LGA775 Socket which is compatable with most motherboards (up to you to check these things) if you are looking to upgrade or build your own pc. If you are looking to buy a ... Read review
