Got no Cache, so cheap you don't need much.
Review of Intel Celeron D 331 / 2.66 GHz processor by
suddenend
Advantages: Very cheap, functionally fast, 64bit, huge heatsink and fan
Disadvantages: Limited L1, L2 cache, single core, no street cred
...for a very long time. Intel seem to think the same as I do, because they provide the CPU with a three year warranty as standard.
As always whether or not you buy this CPU is down to what you want your computer to do. Great, fast, cheap
Review of Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 / 2.4 GHz processor by
mop591
Advantages: fast
Disadvantages: hard to think of one
This intel dual core processor with 2.4Ghz speed (total speed of 4.8Ghz) with a 2MB Cache can handle an awful lot of demanding programs runnning at once and for the amazingly low price its a very good processor. This processor is also compatable with 64 bit computing.
