Intel have really got it right with this CPU. It was easy to install and runs like a dream. To take real advantage of the power of this CPU it really needs the Vista 64bit version and there are few software compatibility problems now so it is worth taking the plunge. With the right motherboard this cpu can be overclocked to 3 GHZ with no problem. This processor work very well compare to intel dual core and it is generate less heat. Good for gaming and multi tasking. Among the game i have run on it is Oblivion IV and Fear. Temperature will rise till 45 - 55 but will not exceed 60 degree. At idle temperature and normal task like typing i notice the temperature around 38 - 43 degree.
