A very good choice of CRT monitor Advantages: Clear, crisp picture. Disadvantages: Quite deep, degauss when turned on. This is a good CRT monitor and can be found at a very reasonable price at auction. 17" works best at a 1024x768 resolution with a 75hZ or more refresh rate. This monitor has a very clear, crisp picture, and a range of settings to set it up to your liking. Works very well for a gaming setup, I see no problems when laying fast-paced games such as UT2004, and DVD playing is also great. The only two problems I have with this monitor are the large ... Advantages: Large sized screen with great definition and good value for money Disadvantages: It is very big and looks a bit clumsy ...Design and looks The Philips 107E76 is certainly not going to win any awards for looks. It is quite a bulky monitor and has a large presence sat on your desk. Indeed, the design is slightly different from many monitors, and yes - beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Sadly, it is not a great piece of artwork in my eyes. However, it is very robust and is extremely sturdy and well built. I think it would take quite a hefty blow to break it! Philips do make good monitors dont they! Advantages: Good price tag, Bright Screen, High pixels, Easy to adjust Disadvantages: doesnt Fit certain speakers ...not in a chunky way. Philips have designed this monitor so it is curvy and not angular. The buttons fit in place well. All-round, the monitor is basic but not cheap looking. Simple to use The monitor is easy to use as it only has 4 buttons (Power, Select and left/right) Onscreen controls are easy to follow and simple to use. I had no trouble. Love your eyes and be spoiled with Samsung SyncMaster 793MG Advantages: Long life, 1280 x 1024 max resolution, 0,20 mm dp, etc. Disadvantages: Need more space to place. ...while, since I have this Samsung SyncMaster 793MG, that known as Magic Green. Now, about it dimension. It's big as usual monitors if compared with LCD monitors, so let's say it's really need more space. It has a flat monitor display, size at 17'' (16"/40,6 cm), and 0,22 mm horizontal dotpitch. The colour is black, so gothic match with my CPU case. It support of 1280 x 1024 in max resolution. If you has it plugged in to your computer and electricity, try put your hand nearly it's visual display (where the picture displayed) without touching it. You will feel the ion comes out. It been said that the Ion has a positive function to keep our health. In my place, the electricities are instable and many electronics goes broke easily.
