When I bought my first computer, the monitor was a Princeton brand monitor. It broke within a year. They sent us a replacement Princeton monitor and the insides melted! So I bought a 17-inch CTX monitor next. 3 years later, I still have that monitor working in excellent condition and I have 2 more CTX monitors for my other computers. I also have 2 friends that bought CTX monitors and they've had no problems at all. When I'm looking to buy a monitor, CTX is always the brand I'm trying to find first.
