Antec P182
Review of Antec Performance One P182 by
fatnickccash
Advantages: Low noise, very good airflow + cooling, easier cable management, stylish
Disadvantages: High price, better airflow available
...do this - hardly convenient!
Antec has managed to enable the odd layout to support more PSUs than the P180, and the cable routing options have been vastly improved, allowing for a cooler, and therefore faster or quieter, computer.
Having said all of this, for maximum airflow (and price) other cases, such as the Antec Nine Hundred, provide a better option, with the disadvantage of more noise, worse looks and fewer of the little touches Antec have ...

Great case apart from the front panel door
Review of Akasa Zen AK-ZEN-01 BK by
webspot
Advantages: Looks, Airflow, Ease of Use
Disadvantages: Durability of the front panel door
After searching high and low for a case that looked right and could house a full atx board, I found this one. This is a great case which is *quite* durable.
Installing my ASUS p5b delux motherboard in this case was very straight forward. All the holes were positioned correctly and the standoffs went in perfectly.
The connectors for the front panel were used for USB and audio. These connections are behind a little slide down door which makes it ... ...little problem with this slide down door. After moving it a few times all of a sudden I heard a snap! To my amazement, the part of the door that keeps the door shut had broken away. Therefore, I can no longer close this door, without it sliding back down. This is a very minor thing though, and I'm not too fussed.
The motherboard connectors for the front panel were able to be inserted into my motherboard correctly, without having any issues with ...

Good all round case.
Review of Antec Sonata III 500 UK by
yendoepics
Advantages: Good case, roomy, easy to install components, included PSU and fan of high quality.
Disadvantages: Rubber stoppers on the bottom fall off often (this is a very minor niggle though)
I bought one of these for building my first computer about a month ago. It was extremely easy to fit all the parts inside it and I had my PC up and running inside of a few hours.
It is not clearly displayed in the picture, but the top half of the front of the case opens up to reveal the slots for your CD rom drive, floppy drive, etc. Both this door on the front and the side panel have locks on with a key provided.
There is a 500W power supply provided ... ...before you buy) This is more than enough to cope with anything you might want to power inside the case (high end graphics cards, extra fans etc.) and is supposedly 80%+ efficient. If you want to find out more about the included power supply then search around for "Antec 500W earthwatts PSU".
It's very easy to slot and screw in all the different components you would want to install, with a full range of screws etc. provided with the case. I did have ...

Antecs High End Gamers Case
Review of Antec P180 Advanced Super Mid Tower by
sirusvirus
Advantages: Innovation with a Decent Price Tag
Disadvantages: Nothing
The Antec P180 has been around for a long while now, and with the launch of the Antec 900 aimed specifically at gamers, Im here to suggest that you might want to re-think that purchase.
The interior of the P180 is truly innovative, with the power supply unit located at the bottom of the case instead of the top, it has it's own 120mm fan, which is around 38mm thick, to suck cool air from the front of the case, over the hard drives (too cool them) ... ...come with one 80mm), but antec have been generous, and being multi-level fans with speed control they've been super generous.
One of these 120mm fans acts as an exhaust for hot air in the roof, to loose that heat also there is another fan placed in the rear of the case aswell. So 3 multi-function fans for "free" in this amazing case.
There is also more space, yes more space for another 120mm fan to be fitted to the front of the case below the 5.25in ...

Antec Fusion HTPC/ Media centre case
Review of Antec VERIS Fusion 430 -UK by
Dancake2008
Advantages: Stylish, Can fit full size GPUs, Easy to set up
Disadvantages: Standard Tri-cool fans are too noisy, VFD display functionality is a bit limited
I have been running the Fusion now for six months with now problems. I am running an Intel e6600, geforce 8600GT and an Audigy soundcard in this case- all fit perfectly and dont warm the case up too much, even with the 3 speed fans set to the lowest setting.
The VFD display on the front of the unit works well and it is a variation of Soundgraph's IMON device. The only disappoining part of this is however that the Fraphic equaliser does not seem ... ...Vista Media centre, this is not much use.
My main problem with the unit is the noise from the "Tri-Cool" fans; even on the lowest setting they are too loud for a media centre: With the volume down on the TV (ie now at 12.15 with my wife in bed) I can clearly hear them droning away- quite annoying.
Fans aside (you can buy much better ones for less than £20) this is a great looking case and it comes reccomended. (NB it can also be used with an MCE ...
