...than 2 months, my new Cable and Wireless digital telephone has developed a problem. I can no longer hear what callers are saying. This is most annoying, and I am beginning to think that digital cordless phones are not for me. I will be taking it back tomorrow to try and get a refund. Can anyone recommend an alternative?
As I explained in my original op, I purchased the Cable and Wireless CWD2700 phone in May as a replacement for a Philips Onis digital ... ...I was attracted to the Cable and Wireless phone because it had many useful features, and is a small, neat piece of equiptment. The telephone was very easy to set up, and comes with an easy-to-follow instruction booklet. It was very easy to record the outgoing message on the answerphone, and I am pleased with the quality of the message. The phone has a number of useful features, including remote access to the answerphone with a call-saving option. ...
