Placed first order, paid with my company debit card up front (cash already in bank to cover of course) and got an email back saying the order didn't go through and so was cancelled.!!! No other explanation given. Too late to reorder elsewhere for delivery by my due date. After phone calls and emails I was finally told they would look into it and they promised to call me back with an explanation...... but didn't bother. A Nice, fresh looking site with easy navigation, I would certainly recommend caboodle to anyone. They have a great selection of print cartridges and office supplies. They have great prices, luckily i managed to get an ink cartridge when they were on special offer so I saved even more! They have a few different ways of searching, including brand shop, by product name or just look at there special offer section to see if there is anything you need. Appalling service... Tried to order a laminator ('next day delivery' as standard) - after TWO weeks they cancelled the order because they could not 'verify me' ... spouting some nonsense about being unable to confirming my identity via the electoral-roll, credit-reference-checks and institute-of-directors ... I was trying to place a personal order on my own debit card, not apply for a bank loan ... Ridiculous company, highly unreliable ... Avoid! Bought a phone via Amazon - all good. Phone developed a fault 6 months later - told me to contact manufacturer. I did this, who informed me that as the phone is not made anymore (and therefore can't just be replaced), I would need to go back to Caboodle, who could: a) refund me b) return the phone and it's 10 year guarantee to the manufacturer who would refund Caboodle. Caboodle were not interested in fulfilling their duties as a responsible seller.
