    I went shopping for my weekly, stock up and just happened to notice these little cake bars. I usually bake my own, but these just jumped out off the shelf at me. I love chocolate, caramel and honeycomb, so how could I resist trying these out. SO WHAT ARE THEY: The packaging is bright orange in colour and has the name Crunchie in big red letters, and that is what drew my attention first, as I adore Crunchie chocolate bars.     As usual I went shopping this morning on an empty stomach. Not a wise move as a) I spent more than I intended and b) I'm on a diet and ended up buying loads of 'naughty' foods. One of these prohibited items I bought was Cadbury's Crunchie Cake Bars. Placed right next to the bread I couldn't resist putting a box in my trolley. Really blown the diet now, but hey, tomorrow's another day as they say. Crunchie Cake Bars have identical packaging to that of the original Crunchie Chocolate bars.     If you're looking for a lovely, tasty, enjoyable cake, forget crunchie cakes. The packaging is the same as a crunchie bar, you get five cakes in each pack and the price is £1-09. The cakes are a little bigger than other cake bars, the sponge cake in the middle is actually quite nice, this is topped with slivers of crunchie bar and covered in chocolate. It felt a bit odd, eating a very light sponge mixed with pieces of what felt like fibreglass on your teeth.
