There are some bargains to be had if you buy them in packs of two or maybe even three, depending on the size of your family.
I managed to buy a pack of two for £3-99, and was feeling rather pleased with myself until I went into another shop and found I could buy three for five pounds.
I come from a large family, so I buy a lot of these and I have a soft spot for cadbury chocolate, having worked there many years ago.

The box is very bright and christmassy, with a picture of a snowman holding up a toy penguin posting a letter addressed to santa. There are eight different packets, or bars of chocolate pictured,
A bar of chomp. A packet of chocolate buttons. A bar of dairy chocolate with santa on the front. A bar of frodo chocolate, with a frog on it. A curly wurly. A crunchie bar. Another different looking bar of dairy chocolate. Another chomp. A fudge.
The buttons are just round chocolates, the freddo is milk chocolate, the crunchie bar is golden honeycomb centres, well, I guess you all know by now what they are.
It does state all over the box that they may contain nut traces. It also says that the contents may vary from the pictures shown from time to time.
The back of the box has a cutout jig saw, with the snow man picture and the penguin posting the letter.
There is a piece at the bottom of the box which says they are proud of the quality of there chocolates.

...is in gold and says Cadbury and in red it has selection. On the far right is a little mouse in a christmas stocking fast asleep on a christmas tree next to a blue bauble.
It also shows you the contents on the front.
On the back is what is contained and a little puzzle and the contents and also the guarantee, now the chocolate only has a shelf life of 4 months.
This is suitable for vegetarians and they promote throwing the paper away correctly. ... ...as it is quite small but if like me you are not overly keen on chocolate, then this is ideal for a snack.

Advantages: Stuck for a christmas present? This is ideal. Disadvantages: There is always one bar you dislike but that makes it easier to share.
I had to write a piece for this product and tell you what a good xmas present it makes. Last year i was stuck for something to buy my younger brothers and sisters, i didnt have a lot of money to spend and only 2days left to buy anything. I wandered into woolworths and saw 3 for £5 on selection packs. IDEAL!!
There are 8 different chocolate bars in the box including old favourites such as fudge, and the curly whirly as well as new additions such ... ...matter of minutes. Places like asda, tesco and other high street sweet shops will all have similar offers on so its worth shopping around. The boxes are neat and tidy and dont look cheap atall. Whether its a present or just an extra little something the cadburys selection boxes are ideal and very tasty. ...

Advantages: Good variety, minimal packaging, good price. Disadvantages: A little bit lacking for really posh dos.
I have bought these biscuits on a number of occassions - family get togethers and the children's birthday parties - and they have always gone down well and disappeared with gusto (even the token dark chocolate ones!).
There is a good cross section of varieties - from your cookies to the seriously chocolately/jammy - which will appeal to even the most fussy biscuit muncher. And if you hide the packaging people will be none the wiser about it's humble origins.
Saying that, I do like the packaging as it is minimal and has not involved half a rainforest being cut down!
I would say these biscuits are ideal for nearly any time - from mindless snacking in front of the television to Gran's Big Birthday Party - but if you really are thinking of entertaining the Ambassador maybe go for a Cadbury's selectionbox at the very least! ...
One of my favourite things about Christmas is receiving a selectionbox from Cadburys.
Alas, perhaps I had been a naughty girl this year for Santa Claus seemed to forget about me so I have had to purchase my own Crunchie for consumption!
I purchased a 40g for 50p from my local corner shop but these can be obtained for a more reasonable price from any major supermarket.
Cadburys Crunchie comes in a gold wrapper with purple ends and the word Crunchie spelled out in bold red writing so it really stands out from the chocolate shelf!
Once you remove the wrapper you are greeted with a delicious looking bar of Cadburys chocolate which is only beaten by biting in to the product and establishing that this infact has something delicious and crunchy in the middle which turns out to be golden honeycomb.
My favourite way to eat this ...
Advantages: Soft, chewy, tasty Disadvantages: Quite a small bar
I know what you're thinking.... Chomps are for children, not adults, so what am I doing writing a review on them? Well the answer is simple: I just feel like it. The sudden urge to write a review all started when my sister got a CadburySelectionBox for Christmas and I noticed that one of the bars inside was a Chomp. It dawned on me that I hadn't had one of these for years - since I was a child, in fact - and I thought that it would be interesting to try one all these years later.
So let's start with the name: Chomp. For some reason, I find it quite amusing. The word 'chomp' is actually a verb meaning to munch noisily. It has a rather onomatopoeic quality, and you can imagine kids scoffing these by the dozen. The name is not the only thing to tell us that this is a bar for kids. The 'Cadbury LAND' logo on the front of the wrapper ...
