Pink Palace Rotastak Cage

Advantages: Bright and spacious
Disadvantages: Fiddly to clean

I bought my daughter a hamster for her birthday along with one of the small Rotastak cages. We then discoverd that the cage wasn't really big enough for the hamster. Whilst in our local garden centre I came across the Pink Palace cage. It was also half price so cost me £25 (£5 less than the original cage I bought). The cage probably took me about 40 minutes to put together in the end (which doesn't seem too bad but feels like an eternity when you have an 8 year old nagging you to be quick). Space Command Cage - It's certainly a mission!

Advantages: Fun, lots of space
Disadvantages: Difficult to put together

Pinky and the hamster, hamster, hamster...narfff!

Advantages: attractive, not too pricey, hamster likes it, PINK!
Disadvantages: fiddly, awkward to clean, large (spread out)

Review of Rotastak Pink Starter Cage

It's a jungle for Tarzan

Advantages: Easy to clean, entertaining, not too big
Disadvantages: Stickers (although you dont have to have them on)

I bought this rotastak home for one of my son's hamsters who was in another cage that was simply too big and didn't have any different levels for it to play in. This one fits perfectly onto my son's toybox. My son was thrilled as the hamster in question was called Tarzan so would go perfectly in the jungle!!! ...lots of people say that rotastak houses are a nightmare to clean out - I actually find them quite easy, the first or second time you clean them it can be quite slow going as you're not too sure where everything has to go but the more you clean it the quicker you get and because it's in sections you just do one section at a time and before you know it you've finished! Rotastack make a range of cages for small rodents. The basic cosmo bod is a relatively large cage , with two levels and a little tunnel so the rodent can move between levels.
