The publicity hype was impressive, an internet bank offering 0% to its first however many customers and security in the knowledge that it is backed by the Abbey National. Sounds great, except for one small flaw, it doesn't work! (for me anyway) I am already a customer of EGG and thought that a current account on the internet would be a logical next step. Each time I try to log on and get access to an 'application form' the system throws me out. Maybe it is me, or my computer, but it is strange everything else works fine - including the impressive lead pages of the cahoot web site. So far, this 'bank' has not gained my confidence - or custom!
