I changed to Cahoot after Zurich Bank closed down, because of their fairly high interest rates. The changeover went very smoothly and I haven't had a reason to contact the bank so I can't really comment on their level of customer service. The account doesn't link to MS Money or Quicken which would be nice and the navigation around some of the menus is a bit confusing. Generally OK. I think the webcard is good for online purchases. The only other thing is that emails sent to me from Cahoot are from a named individual and not from Cahoot - it would be better if all communication was from Cahoot or some other consistently identifiable source. A good bank from someone who has relatively basic banking needs.

A good start and already some interesting information you can expand on in the future if you want to by pressing the edit link on the right hand side of the page as you read your review. If you read a few of the other members reviews in the category you will soon get a few ideas of what you can add to your own to help consumers decide if they would like to use this bank or not. First of all, Welcome to Ciao! Unfortunately, I couldn't rate this higher because there seems to be a great deal of the information that people would want to know about before they decide to use this bank. May I suggest that you read some of the higher rated ops in this category to get a better idea of what we're looking for. Then revise this op and let me know when its fixed. Good luck.
