Overall I'm happy with them. Their online banking website is far simpler to use and log into than Natwest and they nearly always answer Cusotmer service emails within a day, but there are a few complaints: 1. They refuse to raise my overdraft from £1000 to £2000 DESPITE the fact I'm rarely overdrawn, hav had an account with them for 5 years and have earnt in excess of £120,000 for the past 2 years. They say until I get close to the £1k limit, they wont raise it. 2. They charge me to withdraw cash (other than via a cash machine). Occasionally I need quick acces to a few thousand and pay either £25 or £30 for this each time.
There is scope for improvement, but I'm staying put.
I cannot believe that this bank is actually charging you to get to your own money!!!!!!!!!
