It's surprisingly comfortable, you can't really feel the child's ... ...and hips. I can easily carry my heavy 9-month old.
They were easy to wash in the washing machine (gentle wash) and dried quickly.
With this wrap, you can carry the child for hours, not just to go from A to B but around the house when they are clingy and you need to get stuff done. I got this wrap when my daughter was still a baby and I'm still using it now with a chubby toddler. We don't have a car and getting in public transport with a buggy was just not an option. I suffer from back pain and tried quite a few baby carriers and slings before I found one I liked.

It's surprisingly comfortable, you can't really feel the child's weight because it spreads the weight between your shoulders, back and hips. I can easily carry my heavy 9-month old. They were easy to wash in the washing machine (gentle wash) and dried quickly.
With this wrap, you can carry the child for hours, not just to go from A to B but around the house when they are clingy and you need to get stuff done. Apparently, they're also quite good for reflux babies who need to be kept upright. If you have more than one child, it's quite easy to carry the little one in the sling and push the older one in the buggy. My daughter was very very clingy when she was teething, I couldn't put her down for a second. I was able to still do lots of things with her in the sling. It seemed to comfort her a lot.
As with all wrap around slings, it takes a bit of practice to wrap it correctly but it's well worth it. It came with an instruction booklet with photos. Once you get used to it, you can put it on by yourself in a matter of seconds. I would recommend practicing in front of a mirror the first few times you use it, take your time, contact the vendor for more help if you're not sure.
And it looks really cool! I love the colours (I have the olive cotton and the black fleece) The problem is to choose which colour will go best with your wardrobe. I bought both slings from the manufacturer's site, in the sale (about £30 but they go up to £43.50 incl postage).

I purchased a Calin Bleu Gauze wrap when my 3rd baby was quite small, directly from the manufacturers website, to give me another option for keeping him close while getting on with looking after my elder 2 children.
After an initial panic about what to do with the wrap, as in how to put it on so that it not only sat comfortably, but looked good too I found that it provided a comfortable, easy method of keeping baby close and snug. I have mostly ... ...has been tied I can put baby in and take him out as and when needed, without having to take the whole sling off and re-tie it each time.
I found it great for discreet breastfeeding, and would often find myself out and about with the other 2 on walks, or around town, getting on with life, while feeding "on the go". This has been a fantastic advantage for me because I hate having to sit down to feed - something which can otherwise take a lot of time.

Quick review of Calin Bleu Baby Sling
Have been using the Calin Bleu wrap with my son since he was 10 days old. He's now 8 1/2 months and I am still wrapping him. Found the wrap easy to use after a little practice and now can put him on in no time. Wrap is really comfortable and doesn't "pull" as the weight is well distributed across your back. Has allowed me to get out and about easily and have barely used the buggy. Also allowed hands-free to deal with older sister! Had great support from Anne @ Calin Bleu via local Sling Meet group and have been learning new ways to carry. Wish I'd had one with my daughter. Highly recommended. ...
