Call of Duty 4 is mostly played on Multiplayer, So if you have a good internet connection - Great! Call Of Duty 4 is perfect for you if you like a good old Shoot 'Em up!

Advantages: Graphically challenging the genre in places. Storyline is well constructed. Disadvantages: Single player mode will only last 6 hours or more, depending on your ability.
...admit my addition now. Call of Duty(COD) have been butted up against the Medal of Honour series for years on PC and consoles. The latest incarnation takes you away from WW2 into Modern Day soldiering. I have not completed the game to date, but have a number of hours gameplay on the PC game. I will "not" post spoilers.
My machine is just about able to hold up on the specifications needed to play the game (listed at foot of review) although the graphics ... ...if I missed anything…….nope…..ooh..you can call in airstikes…cool.
Keys are all standard (W,A,S,D) plus the obligatory sprint, jump and crouch. If you are a MoH or CoD veteran, you need know nothing more than you already do. Screen layout is standard. Your overlays for ammo, compass and objective callouts are there. Hit indicators are still in use, so when you are getting damaged, the red indicator will give you a fighting(sic) chance of understanding ...

...that I looked forward to Call of Duty 4 (COD4). I had owned COD 1 and COD2 on the pPlaystation 2 and found that they were great games, this though is easily better than both of them and apparently the same is true of COD3 though I have never played it.
The single player mode is very challenging and you have four difficulty modes to choose from. The game breaks you in well with a training mission to get you orientated to the controls and feel of ... ...there is a variety of missions based around two scernarions the first being an SAS trooper and the second a US Marine . The SAS missions in volve fighting against Russian Ultra Nationalists whilst the Marines combat Arabs (in an unnamed country, which by the map looks like Saudi Arabia). This game was stunning from the start there was not a moment when i was disapointed with the game. It starts off with a training mode this will help you decide what difficulty is recomended for you. The first mission was just amazing it was on a tanker and it was raining heavily and you get dropped ... ...so realistic how wen the tanker tilts you tilt too.
The graphics are jus stunning and the visual effects are superb its the best pc game ive played in a while.
The online play is also amazing there are a lot of ranks, each time you upgrade to another rank you get another upgrade like wall piercing bullets. Once you reach the top rank you will then start from the bottom rank again but will have stats to show that uve completed the ranks. This is ...
