Advantages: Immense individual, multiplayer and online gameplay Disadvantages: Could be more missions
This is one of the greatest games ever made, and in my opinion the greatest game for online gamplay that exists. The missions are compelling and excellent, and the graphics are unbelievable.
The best part of the game is the Xbox Live gameplay (for Xbox 360) and is really addictive (I know of people who have clocked up over 30 days of Call Of Duty4 online gameplay) and is especially fun if you play with your friends as you can compare stats like most kills and most points etc.
The game is so popular that the price is still reasonably high (between £30 and £40) which is a credit to Activision as they really have exceeded expectations with this revolutionary game.
The sound effects are incredible, and the noise of the gunshot is so convincing and realistic it can feel like your actually near gunfire.

Call of duty4 is a first person shooter in the same vain as the other games in the call of duty series, where the earlier Call of Duty games were set in World War II this incarnation is set in the present day and takes on the task of war against terrorists.
In the Single Player game you play the part of 2 soldiers - "Soap" who is part of the SAS and Sergeant Paul Jackson of the US Marines, the game alternates between missions for this characters.
The Single Player mode is fairly short in this game but some of the missions can be quite difficult even in the "normal" mode particularly with the "frag grenades" that at times the enemy seems to have an endless supply of. I have just watched the video , Call of duty4 for a game it looks great I have never played this game before as I don't play games at all decided to watch the video to see what it's like.
My kids have bought other games of call of duty they loved them but they thought this one is so good , i thought that it was really action packed fun and exciting.
The music was good the graphics were better, the fighting action was brilliant. I would consider buying this game it's got me interested my kids will be a bit suprised at me playing it i'm shore we can all have fun with this new game.
If I was asked for a opinion as to make the disision to buy this game for someone wanting something exciting i'd say yes. I think it's great that the kids can play new games like this today so buy it if you can. ...
