A Fantastic Product Advantages: Good Size, Good Quality, Waterproof, Cheaper Now. Disadvantages: Bad Battery Life, Annoying Voice. This camcorder is brilliant. It is waterproof to 1.5m, which we can use in pools and hot-tubs, and the sea! I love how the camera's screen twists around, so the camera is facing upwords but you are looking at it normally! The picture quality is good, with 6mp it is is a decent size to upload onto facebook and the computer. The video quality i would say is good, but others would say it could be a lot better. I think that the camera could lose the ... ...It also has a very poor battery life, that i think lasts 1 hour at the very most. It is easy to use, The booklet is fantastic, the camera looks good, is perfect size for your pocket, and is the perfect wait. I bought this camera when it first came out for £250. An Excellent Compact Camera - Excellent Value for Money Advantages: Excellent Image Quality, Simple Menu Disadvantages: Takes a bit of getting used to doing everything with your thumb at first An excellent compact "single hand" camera that takes good quality still images and videos. I bought this camera more specifically to videos without the problems of weight that you usually get with ordinary video cameras. I was surprised just how light this feels whilst in use, without lacking a sense of solidity at the same time. The built in image stabiliser does a reasonable job of keeping the images still but it does not overcome all camera shake. ... ...offer a good level of image quality and are more than compensated for with the lower purchase price of this model compared to the HD Xacti range. If you want TOP quality videos, this model will not do for you and you would be well advised to invest in the more expensive models available, however the overall video performance was better than I expected. Small is Beautiful Advantages: Size, price, video quality Disadvantages: DVD creating due to fps rate This Sanyo camcorder is apparently an attempt to capture both the video and still photo market and offer both types of customers one product. The first thing I have to comment on is the super stylish design, this thing it just great looking, it's also very small and light (just 300g). When I first picked one up I couldn't resist the temptation to pretend it was some kind of start trek phaser, I also had a strange urge to try and shave with it! ... ...easily but is it any good? Well the digital camera is only 4 mega pixels which frankly is not high enough these days. The video recording is full HD 1,920 x 1,080d and I think very good quality, It's the same standard found on many higher cost camcorders from other companies. One of the reasons the cam is so compact is because it uses flash memory cards, which is great for transferring footage. Super sharp HD video capture on a camera that fits in your pocket Advantages: small, high quality, cheap, great sound recording Disadvantages: poor photo quality, no built in memory, anoying lens cap I own this camera in red, its very sexy and I`m forever being stopped and asked what the camera is and where I got it. The camera is very well built, feels nice to hold and its tough (I`ve dropped mine many times and its always been fine), although it mainly made of plastic. The controls are great and allows for very easy one handed use. The camera does not shoot in full broadcast quality 1080 HD but in 780 HD which for normal home movies is more ... ...is superb and you will not be disappointed. The best thing about this camera is its small and light enough to keep in your pocket and pull out at short notice to capture the moment. The sound recording is super, I use mine to take to festivals and gigs and the sound is always very crisp even when I have used it in very very loud nightclubs. The camcorder comes of age Advantages: Compact, feature packed, easy to use. Disadvantages: Occasional problems with larger memory cards, though nothing serious If your a family person thinking about buying a cam-corder, consider this device. For your money, you get a high quality digital camera and DVD quality video camera rolled into one. The device can be set to basic user, or expert user, with some seriously meaty futures packed in to make your captures more interesting. There's a verbal assistant with the camera which will tell you where you are and what its doing, which is useful for starters but ... ...The design is neat, and compact, and the controls are manageable for those whose fingers are a little on the big side. Although first impressions are the cool flip up and rotating screen will break, its very sturdy, and the joints of the screen are still tight and click in the right places after 12 months of use.
