I ordered an Olympus XZ-1 camera on June 4th, the camera was indicated as being in stock. The money was taken from my account the next day.
It is now June 17th and I still haven't received the camera despite it being 2-4 working days delivery time. I did have one email answered to say that it had been shipped June 10th, sadly I still have had no delivery. Any attempt to get through to customer service on the phone is met with on-hold music (mind you trying to get through to Sales on the phone meets with endless on-hold music!); the last time for 25 minutes. Nobody is answering my emails anymore.
