A super wide angle lens for panoramic photographs

Advantages: Excellent field of view
Disadvantages: none that I have found in months of use

Creates unique shots, great for landscapes and, oddly close ups

Advantages: HSM, DC, great build quality, great fun
Disadvantages: light fall off can be an issue

Advantages: indoor shooting where there is an inadequate amount of lighting due to the very bright aperture.
Disadvantages: funky with depth of field

Sigma 18-250 mm Lens - A Zoom With A View

Advantages: Compact for such a powerful lens. Good build quality. Probably the only size of lens I'll need.
Disadvantages: All zooms are something of a quality compromise.
