Canon EF-S 10-22mm f3.5-f4.5 USM

Advantages: Range. Optical Quality. Size. Weight. Price.
Disadvantages: Lens hood not supplied with lens.

Having owned and used my Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-f/4.5 USM zoom lens for around 15 to 18 months I feel that it is in many ways, quite an exceptional lens. Effectively covering the versatile full-frame equivalent 16-35mm zoom lens, it is a valuable addit ...

Advantages: Build quality. Compact. Weight. Optical quality. Image Stabilisation.
Disadvantages: Barrel distortion and Chromatic Aberration at 24mm

...I purchased this lens brand new to accompany my then new Canon EOS 5D around 18 months ago. I have to confess, I spent over two weeks prior to making my purchases deciding just which lens I should choose as my 'standard' zoom - this, or the also highly re ...
